Section 4
Exercises
The exercises on this website are to aid you developing awareness of yourself. The prerequisite for each exercise is the essay they are linked from, which is why there is no direct reference to them here. They can be accessed from the menu under The Journey. All but three of the exercises are member content; however, these essays are not so 'deep' that they are essential before doing exercises and I feel they can be helpful.
If you are a member it is assumed that you are reading the essays in order as they build on each other as do the exercises. Links to the exercises are found in the essays at the appropriate place to do them as they are designed to help you put into practice what was covered in the essay. While you can access the exercises with the menu I strongly recommend that the first access time you access them should be after reading the essays They expand the depth of your knowledge and understanding of the topic and will assist you in, depending on the essay, either starting or further developing better awareness of yourself or a particular skill or awareness'
The exercises are not meant to be "one off's" unlike a homework assignment at school. They should be redone periodically as with each time through your awareness of yourself and/or 'skills' will be further developed. Gaining deeper insights is a key part of growth be it personal or spiritual. I recommend doing some daily if at all possible (it's worth the effort) such as meditation, grounding, clearing and centering for they also help you maintain balance throughout your day and promote a more peaceful approach to life.
The list below includes all the essays that have exercises associated with them and the name of the exercise. Red bolded text indicates the essay or exercises is member content.
NOTE:
Below is a list of essays in this section that should be read in the listing order with a link to them. If there is an exercise to go with the essay it will be listed indented under the essay. You cannot access the exercises listed on this page directly from here. The links to them are found in the essay they're associated with.
Red bolded text indicates that an essay or exercise is member content.
