The Calls of Silence
The calls of silence
Pressing back through the wind
They call to all
Their only voice
Not still ... un-defiant

The calls of silence
Pressing back through the wind
They call to all
Their only voice
Not still ... un-defiant
The search for enlightenment
Is a dog chasing it's tail
A noose that casts long shadows
And blinds the eyes
Toss aside judgments
They bind and blind you
And have no value
Throw away your hurts
They mask your pain
And hide your beauty
I am not yet I am
a leaf on the tree
and the forest itself
a grain of sand on the beach
And the whole of the beach
a wave on the ocean
There is always time
Even when we seem without...
For though fleeting when counted
It stretches to forever
